Presentation of the business
HUBEL – USA Inc. was established to capitalize the know-how and experience of the Hungarian parent company in the market of the State of Florida. Building on the success of the parent company, the enterprise wishes to reach the full palette of services within five years in three steps.

The enterprise will start its business with the installation of security devices for individual home owners and smaller businesses. Among the security devices we primarily deal with are; motion detectors, fenestration detectors, heat and smoke detectors, video surveillance systems. However, we wish to meet special customer specifications, provided they are within the scope of Federal and State law. Customers may choose from 3 service levels; however it is our priority to provide the best service on the market with our flexibility and quality service. Special custom made security packages will be available with individual price-settings. After the installation of the security system, we provide maintenance for a minimum charge, which assures regular income for the enterprise. Prior to the implementation of our second phase, we will to contract with American District Telegraph (ADT) or another service provider to ensure remote monitoring through HUBEL-USA Inc. in those properties where the security systems have been installed.


Our company is willing to begin operation primarily in the State of Florida, specifically in the city of Orlando, gradually expanding the market to Eastern and Southern cities within the State. According to our business philosophy we start the installation of our products and services mainly in housing communities, as local environment makes the introduction of the third phase – the security response service within our own organization – easier. Facilitating the expansion of the enterprise, we contact real estate developers who currently deal with community development, entering into agreement with them to bundle our products together with houses and flats.		Our enterprise is primarily based on providing security service to individual homeowners. However, our business philosophy is that as an accomplishment of good work our customers will recommend our security technology services to those who operate smaller businesses.		Our aim is to provide security and peace of mind to our customers through an exceptionally high quality service, by installing security systems and organizing a 24 hour remote monitoring system. Our enterprise considers customer service the most important thing to maintain, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction.		With the help of the know-how and installation and service experience successfully introduced in Hungary, the aim of our enterprise is to within five years: install our security system into 2000 properties, sign an agreement on remote monitoring service with 1500 property owners, to reach an annual 1 million dollar income to be steady and reliable employers		We wish to build up an environment in which creativity and teamwork prevail.
